The guy in the mural has been painted almost ghost like. Looks like this one is located in a back alleyway.
@Andy, the first one was by the side parking lot and the second was in a sort of alley separated from another parking lot by a fence.
@Linda, I actually thought of him as maybe an exasperated father.....
