A couple of weekends ago, at this church in Ancaster, there was a hands on workshop to learn about historic monuments and best practices for conserving them.
"Participants will learn how to conduct ongoing safety assessments of their cemetery's monuments and grounds. Includes hands on training in safely laying down or straightening old marble and limestone tablets."

Interesting that they're going to the trouble to restore the monuments. Sadly here all that happens is the stones are 'laid' down and left to rot.
Thank you for linking up.

Good idea!
That's great, more cemeteries need to do that!
