on delivery

a brand new mural covering a Bell box outside the Greenwood Subway Stn in Toronto. this shows a delivery wagon for Eaton's as inspired by an old photograph. you can see the progress of this mural by artist Charles Weiss on his blog here

I so enjoy it when a common surface becomes a canvas. This one reminds me of old blue and white tiles from the Victorian era. Thanks for contributing to Monday Mural.

I really like this - reminds me of the way Lake Placid, FL paints all their trash cans - makes things SO much more interesting to look at! This is a nice piece of work!

My first impression is that it seemed to be done by the same person as to the murals I did today. There's a similar style or so it seems to me. Nicely done.
