In Bellingham near the hospital you see black squirrels once in a while. I've never been fast enough to get a picture. Thanks for stopping by to comment about Stick Tail and National Cat Day. - Margy
I haven't seen a squirrel that color since visiting a friend near Detroit! I love this series. In that last photo s/he looks like his (her?) little hands were cold!
I know squirrels in an attic can be destructive, but sure hope Halcyon's "big guns" used a humane method to catch and relocate the squirrels in the attic!

I love the title.
That is a very darkly colored squirrel. Do they all look like that over there? The ones here are reddish brown. In California they are gray. xox
we have brown, grey and black ones. I wish we had more of the red ones.
The squirrel really seems to be posing for the camera. Great shots!
So very cute!
He's really cute. I haven't seen many black squirrels.
What a cute little fellow. He does look like he is posing for your camera.
Cute little guy!
He is a pretty squirrel, great shots!
Those are such cute photos, the last one is the best!

What fun! and what a handsome guy. I've posted a white squirrel today. Hooray for squirrels :O)
Grrr.... I hate these guys. They've found a way into my attic now. Calling in the big guns to trap them...
I love watching squirrels . . . maybe I'm part dog, but I think they are so cute and funny.
Pretty little thing!
Great shots!

Cute! Our squirrels are mostly lighter colored here in Virginia.
