How cool is this!!!!! The bridge is UP. I think this is a first for me since I have been participating in Sunday Bridges. What a great shot. Boy, does it bring back memories of growing up in south Florida where the bridge either went UP or OUT! Great post and one of a kind this week. genie
These mobile bridges always seem like tall cranes when they are up! Fascinating photo!
It's such a cool shot!
Have a great Sunday:)
Great way to see this bridge up. Looks like a complete machine. Thanks for showing.
Wow...just plain wow. What a photo. It's stupendous. [and ps...LOVE the pigeon 'camera critter' photo below this post too]
SHADOWS & Sunday Summary
What a great piece of engineering, this open bridge.
Gorgeous!
I've never seen a bridge like it. Very interesting!
Wow! That's impressive!
Very nice! It really looks like a pen and ink drawing.
That is impressive!
Sunday Bridges
I like the washed-out effect on this photo, which heightens the strong lines and the machine-like apperance of this bridge.
This type of bridge is (to «Louis») an engineering marvel.
«Louis» works all weekend, so it is difficult for him to visit those who have contributed to Sunday Bridges on Sunday. So here it is mid-week and he's FINALLY getting around to visiting and thanking all who contributed to the meme.
