Zoomer magazine, for “Boomers with Zip” according to Moses Znaimer, a media mogul who renamed CARP (Canadian Association of Retired People) Magazine.
Zamuner Crt in Oakville may or may not be named for retired NHL player Robert Zamuner who hailed from that town.

I'm a boomer, but I don't know if I have enough zip to be a zoomer

Very interesting...never heard of the mag, but it sure look Zesty!!!
I have had a few Zoomers amongst my children, but am too old to claim the caption for myself.
I would much rather receive Zoomer than the AARP Magazine (American Association of Retired Persons. Perhaps a move to Canada is in order!
Really love visiting your site.
Love the cover, esp the bottom pic.

I was born at the beginning of the post-war baby boom, so my zip and my zoom have both gone the way of all good things.
Great post for Z day, and I'm sure, if Oakville, Ontario, produced an NHL player named Zamuner, that street name can't be a coincidence.
(If you're retired from the National Hockey League, do you have any zip left?)

I suppose I'm a zoomer too, though some days I feel more like a slug.
This Z day is just turning out to be so much fun AND informative. Learned something new AGAIN!!!
I prefer Zoomer to Boomer any day!
I've never heard of this - but it does look zoomy!
Zips and Zoomers? And throw in a Zamuner too and it's like a foreign language! LOL!
Very interesting. Never heard of this magazine though I have heard of Moses Znaimer. His name appears on Much Music credits, I think.
