everyday ordinary beauty surrounds us
Signs … and graffiti, too, in the Meatpacking District in New York City.
signs, signs
Hmmmm. It was probably a very nice p;ace at one time! :)
I guess it's amazing that the building hasn't been torn down and replace with a skyscraper. It's nice to see some reminders of how things used to be. It looks like someone even repainted it in the second photo! Nice find :-)
Love the view of the Standard Hotel in the background (though they may not love the view of the Premier Veal..)
nice catch.
this building looks condemned. this is an interesting area that i'd like to visit someday.Signs, Signs
well spotted and captured
I really dislike graffiti.
the graffiti does rather spoil the cool signage. it seems so pointless to me.
It was probably a fine building in its time! Nice capture.
Wow! So many signs crammed in a small space! And love how these signs are backed by a tower of glass windows! Lovely effect!
I like the composition on top, very cool!
I love old buildings like this, could keep me busy for hours with my camera. Thanks for sharing.
