everyday ordinary beauty surrounds us
Great progression of yellow houses. I like this post alot!
Nice yellow house.
Great photos...I love the composition in these...the way you showed only parts of each house is very pleasing to the eye....and they all are a mellow color...so pretty...The first is my favorite...
That's something I haven't done yet. I haven't lived in a yellow house yet, or a house with a yellow front door. I must do that.
Really lovely pictures. I enjoy the juxtaposition,
Beautiful homes, nice lines, most definitely mellow yellow. I'd love to see the inside of the 19th century home. It has obviously been well cared for. Thanks for visiting my blog. :)
These are beautiful homes... the first one really intrigues me... I wonder what it looks like on the inside!!
Sally: thanks, it's hard to tell what era they are from, don't you think?Regina: thanks.Carol: oh, thank you for the feedback. I like to have my work critiqued.Irene: I've always fancied a red front door - maybe with yellow stucco?
Rona: thanks for visiting, and for the feedback.Lindy: that first one is stone at the front, with yellow dormers.srp: these are on my list of favourites - I hope the first hasn't been too modernized or made into an open-plan...
Lovely architectural comparisons with these mellow yellow houses with interesting windows too ;--)Hugs and blessings,
This is very impressive! I can't decide which century I prefer...hmmm. Maybe it doesn't matter as long as it's yellow ;)

Very pretty!! The yellow gives it such a sunny feel. I love the reflections too!
The first one is my favourite - Maybe just the curves that appeal to me. But they are all that wonderful buttery yellow colour!!!!
Jientje: the yellow looks softly dramatic.Judy: I love that curved awning over the door on the first one!
