Built with concrete and a limestone cladding which is unfortunately not holding up well with Winnipeg's harsh winters. It is no longer a safe building and is slated for demolition

...lots of buildings become disaster instead of treasures. We have a local building that has sat empty for 30 years because it would cost so much to tear it down. Thanks for stopping by!

an interesting twist of fate that the building housing public safety would be deteriorating...sad...it's an interesting looking building.
