attractions

there are things to see and do in Welland 
though there was no need for a sign to the old canal bridge 
as it dominates the downtown skyline.

I've never been to Welland, but the canal terrace sounds like it might be a nice spot. And that bridge is impressively high!

That bridge speaks for itself and would be hard to ignore.You would have to have a blindfold on in order not to see it. xox

I guess it shows they're proud of it. And now I see it in the background. "Dominates" is the right word.
