Great capture! I can see a drop of water falling off the duck's beak.

Beautiful birds. Is that swan standing on one leg? Imitating a flamingo? It's meditative to watch birds standing so still isn't it? (Although much of the time I feel more like the duck, paddling as fast as a I can.)

Nice shot -- I like how the swan is seeming "camouflaged" against the sand of the shore.

That swan is acting like a flamingo. It must be trying to keep its other leg warm. Poor thing. It's suffering from the cold. If only it knew it could fly to the South where it is warmer.

Is it a juvenile swan? It looks so tan in colour.

Love the juxtaposition between the two. Great shot.

Really good close up of the Swan. Boom & Gary of the Vermilon River, Canada.

Sharp focus that brings out the folds on the feather. Looks as if, the guy is posing for you.

I have to wait for a few more weeks to be able to see a Swan and a Duck again here in our place.
