TfG - yes it is! It was financed by Hart Massey who founded Massey Ferguson (who was also grandfather to actor Raymond Massey)

We've been there! My wife did her nurse's training across the street at St. Mike's, and they'd get last minute tickets if there were any unsold -and they were usually the best tickets in the house!
