Is this in Burlington (or thereabouts)? Did they tear down the old Delta?
there was an old decrepit motel that was torn down a few years ago. this will be a nice addition to the waterfront, though it will impact the view.
Progress, sometimes for the better, sometimes not.
Perfect quote for much of the development around Lake Ontario.
