Thanks for your visit and comment on my sign. To answer your question about the cistern, the "highest toilet in Arizona" is actually waterless/flushless. Somewhat like a portalet/Porta Potty or outhouse(but with a seat). It was actually the cleanest one I've ever seen/used!

The presence of bike riders/bikes is usually a sign that some good weather is hanging around for awhile! Interesting photos!
