Wow! You brought back memories. I'm from a generation when home delivery was common. The horses were smart. The knew when to stop and when to move on to the next house. It was also a time when when you could leave money in an empty milk bottle for the milkman. No one would ever think of stealing it.
This is a wonderful mural. It's so realistic. I had no idea that milk delivery was done by horse drawn cart as late as the 40s. Thanks for contributing to this week's Monday Mural.

Cute! Those cars remind me of the French Citroen Deux Chevaux (which means two horses!).
