everyday ordinary beauty surrounds us
This must have taken a long time to create but oh what fun it would have been.
this is but a tiny portion of the wall/bench - my camera could not get it all in properly due to the shape and sheer size of the terrace. I was happy just to find bits without people sitting!
oh i just love mosaics! beautiful!
Sheer fantasy and beauty!
Wow, that bench is unique and beautiful - and the view beyond it is lovely! I have no trouble imagining the challenge you faced trying to find unpopulated sections of it to photograph!
It must have taken a lot of time and patience to crate this. It's good to see it now so appreciated.
This is just beautiful. Must have been a lot of work. I especially like the pretty colors.
the practical side of me wonders where he got all the bits for the mosaic...the previous post also has a nice bit of painting on the house that could be a mural.
This is beautiful!
One of my favorite parks in the world
Love this park!
You are so lucky to get photos without the usual crowds. Gaudi was brilliant and one of a kind. His art seems to inspire awe and happiness. This mosaic serpent is a perfect example. Thanks for contributing to this week's Monday Mural.
What a pretty bench. I'd love to know its stsory. I wonder if it was a community effort.
I love this mosaic mural. Beautiful landscape too!
