Yes, it is there permanently and is most definitely in use. It is 'unmanned' unless there is an event on at the Exhibition grounds (like the Canada Blooms show I was at yesterday).
most spaces under our bridges here are used commercially, some even has illegal settlers.
Of all the Go Stations this one has to be the cutest.
Everything looks so clean and orderly! Tulips are lovely. I is for ice is a northern reality! Great range of photos this week (as always)!

Oh, isn't that a cute Go Station under the bridge. I didn't know it was there.
What a great idea to use the space under a highway or a bridge in such a comfortable way.
