I am so going to miss these outdoor markets... must check the Hamilton Farmers Market (even though it is in downtown Hamilton *shudder*. I love the coloured carrots.

Stunningly beautiful. This trio of images just rocks.

We had our friends' share of the university's farm coop earlier this summer, and I found an awesome recipe for kale stems. I can email it to you if you let me know. So yum.

Even better, Ruth! That's funny as I was just with a friend discussing how we need good recipes for swiss chard because it is so healthy yet not so tasty!
