What a lovely picture. How different the feeling would have been had the lights been red. I like this cool look much better. It feels very safe. I'm thinking that red would have created a very omimous mood.
Annie, interesting you should say that - I have spent many minutes debating and decided the shot taken just before this with the red lights was too jarring.

It's amazing how a place can be transformed by lights reflecting from dark surfaces.

Dimple: it's a form of urban mood lighting - too much and it's distracting.
