Ain't it great to be able to actually find fresh food picked sometime in the same week instead of the same year.
The pic looks great, I see a rhubarb carrot plum cake in your future.
I am so going to miss these outdoor markets... must check the Hamilton Farmers Market (even though it is in downtown Hamilton *shudder*. I love the coloured carrots.

I came back when I realized it is Swiss Chard, not kale.
Even better, Ruth! That's funny as I was just with a friend discussing how we need good recipes for swiss chard because it is so healthy yet not so tasty!
