That is a very darkly colored squirrel. Do they all look like that over there? The ones here are reddish brown. In California they are gray. xox

we have brown, grey and black ones. I wish we had more of the red ones.

Cute! Our squirrels are mostly lighter colored here in Virginia.

I haven't seen a squirrel that color since visiting a friend near Detroit! I love this series. In that last photo s/he looks like his (her?) little hands were cold!

I know squirrels in an attic can be destructive, but sure hope Halcyon's "big guns" used a humane method to catch and relocate the squirrels in the attic!
