An unknown critter found in a cemetery in Genoa. He was very noisy and making some kind of guttural hissing sound as he scampered up and down the steps. He was as curious about me as I was of him.

What a cute critter. I have seen someone else post this animal and they did have the id on their blog. Great sighting and photos.

Looks so much like an otter, in the first picture.
Except the bushy tail makes me wonder if he is not some kind of a giant squirrel. Reminds me of Giant Squirrels back here, that even glide from tree to tree.
Impressive bloke.
No matter what kind it is....I like it. You can't help yourself, it's cute and adorable.
He looks very much like a Martin, cute shots.
Looks rather mink-like or ferretish to me.
He's cute -- I'll come back to see if anyone gives you a definite ID...nice pictures.
He is cute. Definitely in the weasel family.
Very cute pictures. I googled for you and it happens to be a stone-marten. Well he is in the right place I think with all the tombs around!

He's a cute and curious little fellow!
I agree with RedPat - he looks like a Mink or Ferret.
It looks like a pine martin. They are quite common in graveyards where there are lots of trees. Great shots!
So cute! I think it is a creature of weasel family, forming the genus Mustela of the Mustelidae family.
