How cool. I have only seen these buildings from the 401. :)

Reading the quote makes me wonder what the truth is in this architecture. Aesthetically interesting this curvature structure reminds me a little of a squeezed pop can. But it is a lovely subject for photographs.:)

Can't-scale architecture is self-indulgence.
Mind you, a chunk out of the middle,as in your last picture, on it's own and not so tall, would pass muster.
Can't have been easy to photograph.

What extraordinary buildings - I've never seen anything like this! Living in a high-rise is completely alien to me.

These are in Mississauga, Ont. and are officially known as the Absolute Towers but [specifically, the one on the right] is nicknamed the Marilyn Monroe.

Great shots of these buildings, Sanna. You did an outstanding job of photographing them. Especially the second one is very nice and fun to scroll down.

Hi there - I really like the way you included the street light in the picture - seems to be a great contrast. Male and female? Who knows, but I like it!

Thanks for your concern VioletSky. Everything is fine with me. I have been away for a few weeks and and I have also been trying to spend more time outdoors.

the close up was taken form the top floor of a parking garage. I was quite pleased with the result!

I bet these buildings stirred up public opinion. While impressive, they remind me of upside down soda bottles. Sorry.
