dazzling light

that hangs on everything,
It covers everything below
like a white dove's brooding wing,
a landscape to the aching sight,
a vast expanse of dazzling light

You quote John Clare! I didn't know anyone knew John Clare these days! Delightful!

I WONDER WHY

I wonder why
Some love the sky
But not the wind and rain.

I wonder, friend,
If sky will end—
It’s too much for my brain!
