These doors are such a cool idea! They made a great whimsical photo, too!
I love the door photo. Reminds me at all the searching we did in selvage yards to find a french door. (never did.)
Oh I love the doors picture.
What fun! Glad to see our lovely red Aussie Poinsettia is in use to cheer things up! Happy Christmas!
Quilly: there were 100 doors donated to be decorated (I didn't count)
Podso: there were certainly a wide - and narrow - variety of doors here
Riet: thanks, today is the last day for the display
GooseBreeder: check out my last post for poinsettias!
I lived in a house that had a whole wall of floor to ceiling French doors. Seeing these makes me miss that house.
Nora: all those french doors sounds so wonderfully bright and airy
Looks like a door exposition, lol ! very nice !
What a GOOD idea. I love that door at the bottom, especially.
I love this post! What a unique and creative idea.
Gattina: it was like an exposition
Char: when RBG first asked for doors, we wondered what on earth for - now we know
Annie: having an old door in the middle of a garden is pretty neat, too
Jeri: thanks, I went back several times to have a look at them all
What an unusual idea! Love it!
Mary: there are quite a few sculpture and art displays in the RBG, which is fun to see.
